Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of (1) MotionView, the business-management software application at valorgroup.io/motionview ("MotionView"), and (2) the Valor Group recruiting page at valorgroup.io/join (the "Recruiting Page"), together the "Services." The Services are operated by Valor Life Group LLC, doing business as Valor Group (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). "MotionView" is the name of our software platform; "Valor Group" is the name of our insurance agency and recruiting business. They are separate brands and offerings (see Section 15). By using the Services, submitting the recruiting form, or clicking to accept these Terms inside MotionView, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

No income guarantee. Nothing in the Services is a promise, guarantee, or projection of what you will earn. Any commission, income, production, or "upcoming income" figure shown in MotionView is a tracking estimate only, and your actual results depend on your own effort, licensing, sales ability, carrier decisions, and many factors outside our control. See Section 4.

1. What the Services are

MotionView is an invite-only software tool for agents and staff of Valor Group (and other users we choose to invite). Anyone else who signs in with Google may be shown a limited demo version that uses sample data only (see Section 16). It lets agents record their book of business, track commissions and expenses, view agency hierarchy, see comp-level information, and view team leaderboards. Full access requires an invitation (or a paid subscription, if we offer one) and a linked Google account.

The Recruiting Page is a public form that lets prospective agents tell us about themselves and ask to be contacted about working with Valor Group. Submitting the form is not an application for employment, an offer, a contract, or a promise of any position, contract, appointment, or compensation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

4. Income, earnings, and commission information

This section applies to everything in MotionView and on the Recruiting Page that relates to money.

4.1 No guarantee of income

Valor Group makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will earn any amount of money, reach any comp level, receive any raise, or achieve any production result. Insurance sales involve risk, including earning nothing. Past results of any agent, team, or the agency as a whole, including anything shown on a leaderboard or in announcements, are not typical and do not predict your results.

4.2 Figures in MotionView are estimates, not statements of what you are owed

Amounts shown in MotionView, including commissions, advances, "Upcoming Income," "Pending Income," backends, profit, expenses, "Save These Commissions," annual premium, team volume, and leaderboard totals, are calculated from the information entered into MotionView using formulas and rates that may be simplified, out of date, or entered incorrectly. They are provided for personal tracking and planning only. They are not an invoice, a commission statement, a promise of payment, a guarantee of any carrier payment, or tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

4.3 Carrier statements and contracts control

What you are actually paid is determined by your written agreements and the carrier's or contracting entity's records and statements, not by MotionView. If anything in MotionView (including product rates, comp levels, the Comp Raises grid, or any calculation) differs from your contract or a carrier statement, the contract or statement controls. Commission rates and product rates shown in MotionView may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may not apply to your situation. Always confirm against your contract and the carrier.

4.4 Chargebacks, lapses, and advances

Commissions, especially advanced commissions, can be reduced, reversed, or charged back if a policy lapses, is canceled, is rescinded, or is not paid for as agreed, and carriers may apply their own rules, timelines, and offsets. MotionView figures may not reflect chargebacks, clawbacks, adjustments, fees, or timing differences. You are responsible for understanding your repayment obligations under your own agreements.

4.5 Comp levels, raises, and the Comp Raises grid

Comp levels, percentages, raise targets, requirements, and tiers shown in MotionView describe Valor Group's current program, which we may change, pause, or end at any time, subject to any separate written agreement. Meeting a target does not by itself entitle you to a raise, and information about a level or raise is not a contract or guarantee. The decision to award or adjust a comp level rests with Valor Group. Any "coming soon" or unreleased tier is informational only.

4.6 Leaderboards and announcements

Leaderboards, goals, podiums, and graphics highlight activity and may show top results. They are for motivation and recognition only and are not a representation of typical or expected earnings.

4.7 Recruiting Page

The questions on the Recruiting Page (such as your current job and take-home pay) are for us to understand your situation. We do not use them to promise or imply any specific income, and no statement made by any representative of Valor Group in connection with recruiting is a guarantee of income unless it is in a signed written agreement.

4.8 Corrections

We may correct errors in MotionView at any time, including bugs, miscalculations, wrong rates, or mistaken entries, and corrections may change figures you have already seen. You agree not to rely on a displayed figure as a promise of payment, and no error in MotionView creates any right to payment.

5. Recruiting Page, calls, and text messages

If you submit the recruiting form, you consent to be contacted by Valor Group at the phone number, email address, and Instagram handle you provide, including by phone call and text message (which may be sent using automated technology) about the opportunity you asked about. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. You also confirm the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.

6. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the MotionView software, design, text, and graphics, and the names and logos "MotionView" and "Valor Group," belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those names or logos, or any carrier's or other third party's name or marks, except as the Services display them to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use MotionView for your own legitimate business while your access is active. You may not copy, mirror, frame, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services, and you may not use the Services, their look and feel, or anything learned from them to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or service. As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you have in the data you enter. That is subject to (a) our right to keep business records as described in the Privacy Policy, (b) access by administrators and uplines as described in the Privacy Policy, (c) your agreements with Valor Group or your upline about who owns or controls client and book-of-business information, and (d) our right to use de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify you or your clients to operate and improve the Services. You give us a license to host, process, and display your data as needed to provide the Services, and a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any feedback or suggestions you send us.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including Supabase (database and authentication), Google (sign-in and, if you choose, Google Sheets), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing for the optional Auto-Add feature), Stripe (payment processing for paid access), Loom (the how-to video), and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (recruiting follow-up). We do not control them, and their availability and terms are their own. We are not responsible for carrier systems, carrier statements, or any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data, calculation, rate, or result will be accurate or complete. Back up important records. You use the Services and rely on their outputs at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, Valor Group, MotionView, and their respective owners, officers, members, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost income, lost business, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the Services or any figure, rate, or calculation shown in them, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless the Company, Valor Group, and MotionView, and their respective owners, officers, members, and personnel, from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, the information you enter or submit, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of anyone's rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice. If your access ends, you remain responsible for anything you owe and for your obligations under Sections 3 and 17. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 17) will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to send us written notice describing it and to try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, and only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. Any dispute relating to the Services will be brought in the state courts located in Coweta County, Georgia, or the federal court for the district that includes Coweta County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms overrides a separate written agreement between you and Valor Group; if they conflict, that agreement controls for the matters it covers.

13. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices shown inside the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You agree that we may give you notices and these Terms electronically, and that clicking to accept, signing in, or continuing to use the Services is your electronic signature and agreement. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. There are no third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, except the persons and entities protected by Sections 8, 9 and 10. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship. The Services are intended for use in the United States.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above, and for material changes to MotionView we may ask you to accept the new version again. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Services.

15. Separate brands; no insurance, tax, or legal advice

MotionView is a software tool. It is not an insurance carrier, agency, broker, or producer, does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance, and does not provide insurance, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Valor Group is our insurance agency and recruiting brand, and the Recruiting Page and any agent relationship with Valor Group are separate from your use of MotionView. Using MotionView does not create, change, or evidence any agent, contractor, employment, or contracting relationship with Valor Group or anyone else; those relationships exist only under separate written agreements. Statements made in MotionView are made about the software and are not statements, promises, or guarantees by Valor Group about agency matters such as compensation, contracts, or appointments unless set out in a signed written agreement. If you are given MotionView access through someone other than the Company, that person is responsible for their own business and compliance obligations, and the Company is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

16. Demo version and paid access

If you sign in with a Google account that has not been invited, you may be shown a demo version of MotionView populated entirely with sample data. Demo data is fictional, is held only in your browser session, is not saved to our servers, and does not reflect any real agent, client, or result. Demo figures, hierarchy, comp information, and leaderboards are examples only and are not income representations, and some features (such as Auto-Add) are disabled. By signing in you still agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

We may offer paid access to MotionView. If we do, the price, billing interval, and any trial are shown at checkout, payment is processed by Stripe (we do not receive or store your full card number), and unless the checkout says otherwise the subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Stripe receipt or by contacting us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change prices or features on notice before your next renewal. Paid access does not make you an agent of, or give you any contract or appointment with, Valor Group or any carrier, and it does not change any term of Sections 4 or 15.

17. Confidentiality, security, and competitive use

You agree to keep your sign-in secure, to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission, and not to attempt to bypass any access control, usage limit, or paywall. You agree not to access or test the Services' security except through a vulnerability report you send us in good faith and keep confidential until we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. We may monitor use of the Services for security, abuse prevention, and compliance with these Terms.
