This Privacy Policy explains how Valor Life Group LLC, doing business as Valor Group (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use (1) MotionView, the invite-only software application at valorgroup.io/motionview ("MotionView"), and (2) the public Valor Group recruiting page at valorgroup.io/join (the "Recruiting Page"). "MotionView" is the name of our software platform, and "Valor Group" is the name of our insurance agency and recruiting business; they are separate brands, and this policy covers both. Please also read our Terms of Service.
When you complete the recruiting form, we collect what you choose to give us:
All form questions are answered voluntarily, but the form requires them to submit it.
By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you agree that Valor Group may contact you at the number you gave by call and text, including with automated technology, about the opportunity. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your information.
We keep recruiting submissions for as long as they are useful for our recruiting and business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see "Your rights and choices").
Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank, card, or payment details, driver's license numbers, or medical records into MotionView.
Agents enter information about their clients (for example name, phone number, age, and policy details). You are responsible for having the right to enter it and for using it lawfully. We process it on your behalf and your agency's behalf as a service provider to operate MotionView, and we do not use it to market to those clients. Insurance agents and agencies are responsible for their own privacy notices, consent, and legal obligations to their clients (including any under insurance-privacy and financial-privacy laws), and for entering only information they are permitted to enter.
MotionView's optional Auto-Add feature lets you upload a PDF or photo of an insurance application so it can suggest values for some deal fields (such as client name, phone, date of birth, effective date, carrier, coverage amount, and premium). When you use it, the file is sent over an encrypted connection to our backend and then to Anthropic, our AI service provider, which reads it and returns the suggested values. Anthropic processes the file under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not keep a copy of the uploaded file, although Anthropic may keep it for a limited time under its own policies; the suggested values only fill in the form on your screen and are saved only if you save the deal. Because the provider reads the whole uploaded document, please upload only the pages you need and do not upload pages containing Social Security numbers, bank or card details, driver's license numbers, or medical or health information. Suggested values can be wrong, so always review them. Auto-Add is optional; you can enter all information by hand.
MotionView can generate a shareable image from a deal. The image is created in your own browser or device; it is not uploaded to us unless you choose to post it somewhere yourself. Please do not include client personal information in anything you share.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for advertising. We may use de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify you or your clients to operate and improve the Services.
Information in MotionView is visible to you and to administrators of your agency. Your upline(s) can see your production, status, premium, commission, expense, and income records so they can support you, but client names are shortened to a first name and last initial, and client phone numbers, policy numbers, dates of birth, and deal notes are hidden from them. Administrators can see full records. Every signed-in agent can also see a directory of agents that includes names, profile photos, email addresses, phone numbers, Instagram handles, comp levels, teams, and upline relationships, along with leaderboard production totals. Authorized Company personnel and our service providers may access data as needed to operate, support, secure, and fix the Services. Do not enter information about yourself or clients that you are not comfortable with these people seeing.
We share information with these providers solely to operate the Services:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not share your information with other third parties for their own purposes.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated access, row-level security policies that limit who can view or edit specific records, and server-side handling of integration credentials. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected people and regulators as required by law. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States, and by using the Services you understand your information will be handled there.
We keep MotionView information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. If your relationship with Valor Group ends, an administrator may remove or archive your profile. Some records (such as historical deal and commission records) may be kept as business records where reasonably necessary, including for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop calls or texts, by contacting us below. Text recipients may reply STOP at any time. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law. Some information may be kept as described under "Data retention." Residents of certain states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others) may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to access, correct, and delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising (we do not sell it or share it for that purpose), to limit use of sensitive information (we use it only to provide the Services), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us below; we may need to verify your identity, you may use an authorized agent, and we will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required, and we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track you across other sites. Client information you or your agency enter belongs to your agency's business; for requests about it, please also contact the agent or agency that collected it. contact us and we will honor those rights as they apply.
MotionView uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you go to Stripe to buy paid access, Stripe may set its own cookies on its page. The Recruiting Page does not set advertising cookies.
The Services are for adults. They are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
